Taylors Lazy Sunday coffee beans are slowly roasted to create flavors such as smooth milk chocolate, gentle citrus and a mellow, easy-going personality. If you're pressed pause during a hectic weekday or winding down for the weekend, a bit of this mellow roast will go a long ways to relaxing your mind and body.

Roasting

As a light roast Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate and softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa brings citrus hints to bring balance. The result is a drink that can be consumed on its own, with milk chocolate or cake. It's a perfect match for lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.

When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boiling water to ensure it is warm and ready to brew. After the coffee is brewed, allow it to sit for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted.  ground coffee beans  should be pushed through with the plunger.
